Anal fissure

This is a superficial ulceration lying in the bottom of the wrinkle in the anal region characterized clinically by severe pain and a strong contraction of the anal sphincter.

It should also be broaden to the notion of the crack to a more advanced form or the painful nature and the sphincter contraction which fade in the morphological appearance with the changing and possible development of hypertrophic papilla.
